Microsoft is testing a brand-new Windows 11 feature that’s great news for Android phone owners. With this update, anything you copy on your PC can instantly appear on your Android device — allowing you to copy text on Windows and paste it on your phone within seconds.
The feature works through the Link to Windows app, which connects your PC and smartphone under the same Microsoft account. Once you enable the “Access PC clipboard” option in your Android settings, clipboard synchronization begins automatically across devices.
According to early testing, this new feature works incredibly fast and without any issues. The text you copy on Windows 11 instantly appears in the paste section of your Android keyboard, ready to use within seconds. Even better, it’s not limited to Gboard — it works smoothly across all Android keyboard apps.
For now, this update is available only on Android devices, and it’s still unclear whether iPhone users will receive the same feature in future updates.
